Testimonies
If you submit a testimony via the testimony page, we store: your email address, age group, your story, an optional Bible verse, an optional remark, whether it includes anyone else’s name, and the consents you checked, along with the time of submission.
We don’t ask for your name and it never appears in the video. We only use your email address to contact you about your submission — it is never published or shared with third parties.
We keep your data for as long as needed to review your story, produce it into a video, and honor any request to withdraw it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at info@garnisoft.nl; if the video is already published, we’ll take it down.
To prevent spam and abuse of the form, we temporarily track how many submissions come in from an IP address. This IP address is not stored in our database and is not kept any longer than needed for this check.
Reflections (comments)
Comments you leave on the reflections page are publicly visible, including the name you enter. Please don’t include anything there you wouldn’t want to share with every visitor.
Orders
When you place an order in the shop, we process your name, email address and shipping address to deliver your order, and share the necessary details with our payment provider (Mollie) to process the payment.
